Save Thoreau's Birth House!

We need you! You can help save Thoreau's birth house by making a tax-deductible contribution to the Thoreau Farm Trust.

Your entire contribution to the capital campaign will be put toward the $1,000,000 we need to raise to complete the restoration. All money donated to the campaign goes directly into the house and every gift makes a difference.

The Thoreau Farm Trust is offering a limited number of Commemorative Bricks to be used at the site in a walkway. Donors of $1,000 or more will be honored with a brick inscribed with a message of their choosing. Chose our pledge option and spread your payments over time on a schedule convenient to you. Of course, the Trust appreciates and welcomes gifts of any size. All gifts are tax-deductible.
